Dominic has extensive knowledge in residential, commercial and retail leasing and property management as he has represented private investors, shopping centre owners and REITs across a variety of asset classes. His commitment remains high whether he’s leasing or managing a 1 bedroom apartment, residential project leasing, a shop in a main street or tenancy in a shopping centre or large format centre. His negotiation and communication skills and perseverance immensely benefit all when building and developing enduring relationships.
Dominic also has extensive experience in retail, convenience and neighbourhood shopping centres and large format centres, delivering proven leasing results and realistic asset strategies and retail mixes. He has formed strong connections with both national retailers and local operators arising from extensive involvement throughout the leasing, property management or centre management and vacation stages.
Whilst Dominic has proudly represented a number of real estate agencies, shopping centre owners and REITs, he’s additionally represented some of Australia’s most successful retailers having executed extensive network strategies and been responsible for their property portfolios. Having represented both Landlords and Tenants provides an excellent platform from which to resolve disputes and attain success in leasing, property management, large format centre management and shopping centre management.
